Your role

As an MSP Consultant, you ensure the smooth execution of MSP services for one or more client accounts. You act as the central link between clients, suppliers, freelancers and our VMS platform, ensuring that external workforce processes run efficiently and compliantly. You combine operational coordination with advisory support, helping clients optimise their external workforce strategy.

What you will do

• Coordinate external hiring processes from job intake to contracting, timesheets and invoicing

• Act as the main contact point for clients, suppliers and freelancers

• Support clients with candidate selection and workforce optimisation

• Manage contracts and extensions within the VMS platform

• Monitor timesheets, invoicing and data quality

• Train stakeholders in the use of the platform

• Monitor supplier performance and service quality

• Identify process improvements and operational insights for clients
